In times of e-commerce, fulfillment is becoming increasingly necessary. In addition to the classic call center and direct marketing services, we also offer you the option of outsourcing all activities and processes of the business value chain to us – either as a complete solution or just for individual processes. The advantage over large fulfillment service providers is that we are additionally able to conduct customer meetings for you. We process orders, complaints, returns etc. and we can dispatch stored goods without detours. Our storage areas are well maintained, i.e. unlike in large industrial warehouses, the stored products are not dirty or damaged.
Outsourcing certain business processes has clear advantages: You do not have to rent storage space. You do not have to constantly check whether orders, e-mails from customers, etc. have been received. You don’t have to pack and send goods, you don’t have to write invoices. In addition, you do not have to hire your own personnel for these activities.
If the processes are neglected after an order has been received, this has a negative effect on customer satisfaction and only a satisfied customer will buy again. We make sure that all processes run optimally and you can save a lot of time and money.
We have our own logistics centre and are therefore in a position to store and dispatch goods. Both large and small quantities of goods can be stored with us.
We look after and maintain webshops for our customers and are happy to take over the entire process from storage to order, shipping, delivery note/invoicing and dunning.
